Booking and hire FAQ.
How far in advance should we book a full-show costume package?
For full-show packages we recommend booking 8–12 weeks before show week. For single-character or fancy-dress hires, 1–2 weeks is usually enough. Late requests handled where stock allows.
Do you deliver, or is it collection-only?
Collection from our Lytham wardrobe by appointment, or local delivery across the Fylde Coast and wider North West. Postal hire on individual costumes available UK-wide.
How does sizing work — are alterations included?
Costumes are sized to your cast list before collection. Minor alterations (hems, takes-in) are included; significant rebuilds are quoted alongside the hire by the workshop.
What if a costume is damaged during the run?
Normal wear is expected and covered. Significant damage or loss is charged at the published repair or replacement rate — rates listed at the time of hire so there are no surprises.
Can you build bespoke costumes for principals?
Yes — the workshop handles made-to-measure principal builds alongside any hire. Send the brief and book a fitting appointment with the cast member, we’ll quote.
